2021 TURKEY TROT

What an incredible feeling being able to capture the memories from the 2021 Turkey Trot! The Troy Turkey Trot is the nation's 12th and world's 64th oldest road race on Thanksgiving day. The local Trot has grown to become one of America’s largest road races with more than 7,000 participants.

Since COVID-19, This year was its return to in-person racing, as well as a convenient virtual option. I was hired for my videography services to gather b-roll of the generic atmosphere. I shot drone footage to highlight Troy & the number of people running. I edited the highlight feature within 24 hours and created a thrilling, fun adventure to showcase the trot!
